SUMMARY:CTLE Workshop: Safe Space Forum for Probationary Administrators Tuesday\, October 21st at 4:00 P.M with Dr. Mike Fama
DESCRIPTION:To help probationary administrators navigate sometimes unchartered waters\, CAS has developed a series of three (3) workshops for probationary administrators focusing on topics generated by the participants that will explore the importance of educational leadership\, common workplace concerns\, best practices\, personal and professional growth\, and collaboration\, all anchored in the Professional Standards of Educational Leaders (PSEL). These confidential workshops will allow participants to work with a seasoned mentor and network with colleagues in similar positions across Long Island. Participants will indicate the topics they would like to discuss and submit questions about these topics when registering. Participants are welcome to attend some or all sessions. \nThe workshops will be facilitated by Dr. Michael Fama\, longtime principal of the John F. Kennedy Middle School in Comsewogue.
