On March 11th, CAS attorney, Brad Stuhler, presented an important after school workshop entitled “Survival Techniques for New Administrators” for roughly a dozen new administrators in the Three Village School District. The presentation focused on potential pitfalls new administrators will face and how best to avoid them throughout the probationary period and beyond. It was so well received by the group that CAS has decided to hold a new administrative workshop open to the entire membership this September. However, if any of our units are interested in Mike or Brad providing an individualized workshop for their unit over the summer, or during any school year, please never hesitate to contact the CAS office at 631-761-5451 to make the necessary arrangements.
