CAS APRIL DELEGATE ASSEMBLY MEETING

Each year, the Council of Administrators and Supervisors (CAS) honors public school principals, assistant principals, supervisors, directors, and chairs in Nassau and Suffolk Counties for their diligence, professionalism, and dedication. Long Island is home to many of the finest schools in our state, and CAS would like to acknowledge outstanding public school administrators who contribute to this excellence.

As in the past, CAS administrators will be nominated by their peers and selected by the CAS Award Committee for exemplifying the highest qualities of school administrative leadership, achievement, vision, innovation, and collaboration with parents, students, staff, and fellow administrators within their school communities.

CAS members are encouraged to nominate a colleague by completing the CAS 2025 Administrator of the Year interactive Nomination Form. Once you complete it, please click submit, and the application will be sent directly to the CAS office.

Please note that only CAS members are eligible for an award, and all complete nominations must be submitted to the CAS office no later than Friday, February 14, 2025.  Award recipients will be notified by Friday, March 7, 2025.

Nominators will present the awards to the recipients at the CAS Delegate Assembly at 4:30 PM on Wednesday, April 2, 2025, at the Mezza Luna Restaurant in Hauppauge.
