“Bridging Borders in Education: Supporting Multilingual Learners” aims to provide effective strategies for integrating multilingual learners (MLs) into mainstream classrooms. This workshop is designed to equip educators with the knowledge and skills necessary to create inclusive and effective learning environments for students from diverse linguistic backgrounds.

Participants will explore practical strategies to support language development, cultural responsiveness, and academic success for students who bring diverse linguistic assets to the classroom. Multilingual Learners (MLs) and their educational experiences. She serves as a district

instructional leader in the Mineola Public Schools, overseeing the PreK-12 curriculum and

coaching and supporting teachers. She also provides professional learning opportunities

for staff and has joined the Molloy Ed.D faculty as an adjunct instructor for the Quantitative

Research course.
