The New York State Retired Teachers Association has created a very clear flow chart to help navigate the upcoming referendum and they have provided several important reasons why public sector employees and retirees should consider voting “No” on the Nov. 7, 2017 referendum seeking to establish another New York State Constitutional Convention in 2019.
