There is new guidance from the Department of Health regarding parameters for graduation ceremonies. The guidance allows for virtual as well as drive-in and drive-through ceremonies, subject to delineated restrictions. Per the guidance document, administrators should also consult with local public health departments, law enforcement, and district legal counsel when planning any events other than virtual ones.
The guidance will be revisited in July, leaving open the possibility of alternatives for summer ceremonies.
