Mr. Brescia was born in Smithtown, New York and subsequent to graduating from Providence College in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance; he attended New England School of Law and earned his Juris Doctorate in 2001. Mr. Brescia is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New York, the District of Columbia and the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Mr. Brescia is also an active member of the Nassau County, Suffolk County, New York State Bar Associations.
Prior to establishing The Law Office of Michael J. Brescia, P.C., Mr. Brescia was an Associate Attorney at Troy & Troy, P.C., Brosnan & Hegler, LLP and Vincent J. Russo & Associates, P.C. During this time he had the opportunity to gain a wealth of knowledge, while continually increasing his desire to have his own practice.
After practicing law for over a decade Michael J.
