New & Probationary Administrators
CAS Zoom CTLE Workshop
Thursday, November 6, 2025
4:00 P.M.
Dear Administrators,
I hope you’re doing well as you move forward during your probationary period!
Each fall, the Council of Administrators & Supervisors (CAS) presents a critical workshop designed specifically to help new and probationary administrators successfully navigate this crucial period.
This year’s “New & Probationary Administrators CTLE Workshop” will be held on Zoom on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at 4:00 P.M.
CAS Attorneys Brad Stuhler and Paul Pagano will once again be presenting essential content in two focused parts to give you practical, immediately useful information:
Legal Foundations: We’ll delve into the legal aspects of administrative
tenure and seniority and address frequent legal concerns that new and
probationary administrators encounter.
Practical Success Strategies: This segment will focus on key operational
issues like school safety, student discipline, and common workplace
issues.
Brad and Paul will provide practical guidance, best practices, and common-sense strategies for success through scenarios involving students, staff, and parents, drawing on their most recent experiences.
As a certified NYSED Continuing Teacher Leader Education (CTLE) sponsor, CAS will award successful participants two (2) hours of CTLE professional development credit applicable toward the hours needed for continuing certification.
We strongly encourage all new and probationary administrators to attend this highly valuable workshop, which is offered to all CAS administrators at no cost!
Please fill out this Google form as soon as possible to register for the workshop.
We look forward to seeing you there and supporting your success!
Regards,
Albert (Skip) Voorneveld, President, Council of Administrators & Supervisors
